Jeanne Tutor has been "a fixture" at Carpinteria Veterinary Hospital since June, 1986.  Jeanne grew up on a farm in Ohio and was the eighth of nine fabulous siblings.

She moved to the Santa Barbara area and settled into Carpinteria 28 years ago.  She attended SBCC, UCSB and completed her studies in business at CSUN.

After raising her children, she now spends time with her husband, Gregg, and playing with grandchildren and her French bulldogs, Bert and Opal.  She enjoys riding their motorcycle, watching sports and visiting friends and family.

Erin Milne joined the Carpinteria Veterinary Hospital team as HR Manager in 2016. She grew up in rural Northern Michigan surrounded by animals of all kinds, and graduated from Michigan State University in 2007. Erin spent several years traveling and working overseas before landing in New York, where she earned her Masters degree from the University at Albany in 2012. She moved to California the same year and has been in love with this coast ever since.

Erin has served as educator, trainer, operations manager, and HR representative for a broad range of companies, but is so grateful to have finally found her home at Carp Vet. It is a constant pleasure to combine her deep love of animals with her passion for mentorship and professional development. She is focused on hiring exceptional staff and providing them with the best training and resources, which in turn ensures the highest quality care and customer service for our wonderful clients and patients. It is a rewarding and challenging job that keeps her smiling every day.

Erin is a proud (and lucky!) resident of Carpinteria, where she lives with her boyfriend, Troy; her rabbit, Mitten; and her dog, Birdie. She loves travel, spicy food, sunny skies, the mountains, and the beach.

We recently switched from a vet in SB to Carp Vet Hospital and couldn't be happier. I instantly felt satisfied with my decision to switch to Carp Vet Hospital when I was greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk; it made the drive there worth it. Also, the two people who sat beside me in the waiting room were long-term customers and told me that I would love bringing my pet there, as they have for years. Dr. Putnam was so gentle and patient with our anxious pup, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We are so happy that our most beloved dog is now being treated by Dr. Putnam and the staff here. We know she is in the best hands!
