Cold Noses, Warm Hearts is a 501c3 non-profit rescue organization that helps place loving dogs in happy homes. We provide a safe and loving environment for dogs awaiting permanent adoption in their forever homes. Cold Noses has a 100% spay/neuter policy. We do home checks on all of our dogs to make sure our dogs are well taken care of.
