We recently switched from a vet in SB to Carp Vet Hospital and couldn't be happier. I instantly felt satisfied with my decision to switch to Carp Vet Hospital when I was greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk; it made the drive there worth it. Also, the two people who sat beside me in the waiting room were long-term customers and told me that I would love bringing my pet there, as they have for years. Dr. Putnam was so gentle and patient with our anxious pup, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We are so happy that our most beloved dog is now being treated by Dr. Putnam and the staff here. We know she is in the best hands!

We have recently adopted a puppy named Rollo and have been bringing him in to see Dr. Putnam. All of the staff has been nothing but friendly and informative. Dr. Putnam was extremely kind and took care of Rollo's skin problems and suggested a puppy school for him since he's a pitbull. Rollo has spent some days boarding there and loves his days with the other puppies. Overall we couldn't imagine a better place for our puppy and we feel very confident that Rollo is getting the best pet health care for very affordable prices.

The best vet. I love them! I'd give them 6 stars if possible. Dr. Kristen is the most wonderful, knowledgable and caring vet around. The rest of the staff is all equally amazing and I can't recommend them highly enough. I've been to the hospital many times with two elderly dogs and our younger auxiliary backup dog. The dogs love them like family and frankly, so do I.

The staff is really friendly and I love the vet over there. Unlike any other veterinary hospitals where you probably wont be able to talk to the vet for more than 10 min, here they truly care about your pets. They really take their time and ask many many specific questions to determine the solution , when I told them that I was on a budget for shampoo, they even recommended me to purchase the dog shampoo online so I could save some money. Come on, where can you find such a nice vet hospital : )

Dr. Fischer and staff are incredible. Their kindness and compassion to our family when we thought we were going to have to make a difficult decision for our beloved dog was amazing. Words can't express how grateful I am to Dr. Fischer with not only for the care he gave our dog who fortunately has recovered, but also for the way he touched our family. The medical care was excellent with only the necessary procedures suggested to diagnose our pet. Dr. Fischer's personal follow up call to check on the status of our dog was so appreciated. Highly recommend this office and staff.

This office is top notch. Every time I bring my dog in for a visit everyone is attentive and care about our dog. They are also are great about trying to find affordable options to anything ailing my dog.

I adopted a cat several months ago, and just recently the vets at Carpinteria Vet diagnosed her with FIC. The battle has been on going, and every doctor I've interacted with here has gone above beyond to help my cat and I. Recently my cats symptoms acted up and I called their offices this morning to see if I could get in contact with a doctor. Dr Kristen called me tonight at 8:30, obviously WAY passed her working hours and stayed on the phone with me for twenty minutes until she and I came up with a new plan to help my cat. I couldn't believe that a vet would call way passed her working hours, and I am so grateful! I met with Dr. Munoz and Dr. Kristen; they obviously cared, were extremely knowledgeable, and took their time with us. I feel so comfortable and confident in the care they provide and am very grateful for the doctors here.

Thanks Dr. Putnam and Dr. Otto for the fine care you’ve provided (and continue to provide) to our sweet cat. I highly recommend your pet hospital to anyone in a hot second!
